Returns & Exchanges in the Contiguous U.S. (Not Including Alaska + Hawaii), and APO/FPO

Shipping / Exchange & Return Policy

You have 30 Days to return/exchange an item for full price items. See below for details and how to submit a return/exchange.

*All items 40% or more off are Final Sale and can not be returned for a refund or exchange - the one exception are sales that clearly state on each product page that one exchange is included (USA only).


Antonia Saint NY currently offers four shipping methods for orders within contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO from our fulfillment center.

For Free US Standard shipping, order value must be $200 or more, and shipping occurs within 24 hours up to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free by UPS Surepost and are delivered via standard USPS Military Mail and will arrive in 30-45 days, depending on where you’re sending them.  For 2nd day service and next day saver orders must be placed prior to 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.


Shipping Timeline

Due to the Coronavirus global crisis, shoes may be shipping with a delay after an order is placed, but typically will ship within 24 hours.

If shoes are on backorder, they will ship just as soon as they are received at the warehouse from our factory in Spain.

We will share updates directly if we have any changes to this delivery timeline. Please be sure to also add your name to the newsletter by filling out the newsletter sign up below with your email address.

Customers are given one (1) included exchange per order for all full-price shoes (does not apply to inserts, heel grips, heel tips, etc.), in addition to some items at a discounted cost (*see below for further details). Additional exchanges on full-price items are always available by placing a new order at or by calling or emailing us for assistance. Shoes eligible for exchange or refund must be:

1) Returned unworn, only worn inside and on carpeting without any marks,

2) Within the original boxes,

3) Label the outer mailing box with the return address that includes the first name and last name connected to the order,

4) Include the order number and email address inside the mailer box,

5) Postmarked within 30 days from delivery.

To Get Your Best Fit in Exchange

Please also send to us the answers to these questions in your email with tracking info as listed in the directions above:

1) Are the toes too tight?

2) Is the shoe or shoes too long or short? 

3) Is this a problem for both right and left shoes, or is one good to keep, and you are only sending back one from the pair?

4) What size do you normally wear?

5) Do you have any injuries or bunions that would necessitate you getting a slightly wider or longer shoe on one side than the other?

If you do not want to exchange, and need a refund instead, you may return eligible shoes* for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs + a restocking fee of $10.00 USD per pair.  A credit will be emailed to you and can be used for future purchases of full price shoes.

About the restocking fee: this is only charged if you do a complete return and don't keep a pair of shoes, and you always have it as a credit toward a future order if purchasing a full-price pair.* It does pay for the additional costs of picking, packing, shipping, often two times (which we cover for free in the USA for orders over $200), refurbishing and repacking the shoes. 

We wish these services were free, and other giant e-commerce companies makes it seem like they are, but they in fact require very real shipping costs, labor and time from many people on the journey to getting you shoes that you will love!

We have been looking into removing these fees as we grow, but it's not a simple equation. We pay everyone in our supply chain a fair and livable wage, and as a small business, we want to continue to do so.

We are dedicated to creating solutions for women that are better for her and for the planet, so we hope you'll choose to understand these important fees. So sorry we can't do everything for free, but it's simply because it's actually not free at all.

Note: Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. Only when an exchange results in a return for a full refund for a full-price item will there be a restocking fee. And if you return a full-price item, the restocking fee is given to you a as credit for a future purchase.

If your returned shoes come back to us visibly worn and damaged, your shoes may either be sent back to you, or quarantined in order to be refurbished. If refurbishment is necessary, we will let you know as soon as possible, and a 30% refurbishment fee of the cost of each pair at full price will be incurred in order to repair the shoes or dispose of them, plus the restocking fee of $10. Refund will be minus any applicable shipping fees.

Shoes eligible for a refund must be:

6) Not purchased at a discount of 40% or more

IMPORTANT: Email us the receipt with tracking info, in addition to the tracking number typed out into the body of your email for our records

If you still return a Final Sale pair, there will be an additional handling fee of $16, or one applied at our discretion, if it is sent back in accordance with the return policy detailed here. Refund will be minus any applicable shipping fees.


If shoes arrive to you and you feel they have been damaged, you must let us know within the first 1-2 days of the receipt of your order so that we can rule out any damages that could have occurred with wear or storage. Please contact us via email with photos and we'll be back in touch.

Canceled Orders

To cancel an order, call or email us during business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM to 8 PM EST. Once an item has shipped however, an order cannot be cancelled. If it is shipped, it can either be kept or exchanged for no additional fee, or it must be returned to process a refund, minus a restocking fee of $10.00 USD per pair within the transaction. This fee can be used as a credit on your account for future purchases just as long as that item was purchased at full price and not discounted.
