International Shipping / Exchange & Return Policy

At Antonia Saint NY, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we have a Best Fit Policy where we will exchange your shoes to find a better fit, and make your feet happy. 

Shipping

Antonia Saint NY currently offers International shipping via our Memphis, TN fulfillment center. International shipping (any shipping outside of the USA) costs will be calculated and displayed in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse in the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. 

We offer Economy and Priority shipping options.

We do not offer free shipping to international destinations.

Exchanges

Customers have one (1) included exchange per order, and additional exchanges are available for additional fees or by placing a new order at antoniasaintny.com. Shoes eligible for exchange or refund must be:

1) Returned unworn, only worn inside and on carpeting without any marks

2) Within the original boxes

3) Postmarked within 30 days from delivery

International customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs back to our returns facility in New York City and back out again if getting an exchange. To request an international exchange, contact us at the phone/email below.

Returns

Before returning, consider a size exchange: Watch this short video to help find your best fit!

You may return eligible shoes minus a return restocking fee of $36 USD per pair which will be deducted from your refund once the returned shoes have been received and processed. Duties, taxes, tariffs and shipping will not be refunded. International customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs back to our returns facility in New York City.

If your returned shoes return to us visibly worn and damaged, we will send you documentation of the damages, and your shoes will be quarantined in order to be refurbished. If refurbishment is necessary, we will let you know as soon as possible, and a refurbishment fee of 30% the cost of the shoes will be incurred in order to repair the shoes, plus the restocking fee of $36 per pair. The restocking fee will be saved on your account as a credit with our store for any future purchases. Thank you for your understanding of these services.

Canceled Orders

To cancel an order call Customer Service immediately at the number below. Once an item has shipped however, an order cannot be cancelled. If it is shipped, it can either be kept or exchanged for no additional fee, or it must be returned to process a refund, minus a restocking fee of $36.00 USD per returned pair of shoes. This fee can be used as a credit on your account for future purchases.
