Love these shoes and excellent customer service!
I am so excited to get this shoes. I initially ordered them in my regular size, not noticing the size down note, but Vanessa in customer service was so helpful! I was able to exchange these for the correct size. I am currently waiting for the correct size to come, but the wrong size (which I sent back), from what I can tell from breifly trying them on, were sooooo comfortable. I am definitely going to order these in a different color besides black.

Elite Comfort
The shoes are so comfortable. I might try a wide next time just for a little extra room in the toe area but all in all I’m in love with these shoes and can’t wait for a nude color in this version.

Such a great heel!
Love the look of this one AND it's comfortable - the look reminds me of the very expensive Jimmy Choo's I have in my closet that HURT btw. These I can walk in and jump around in, even. Getting the 60 next.
AND DO order DOWN a HALF SIZE like the website says because these are sized 1/2 size larger.
