Shipping / Exchange & Return Policy
You have 14 Days to return or exchange any unworn shoes minus a return handling Fee.
Store Credit if within 30 Days: You have 30 days to return/exchange any unworn shoes* for a new size for a store credit minus a return Shipping & Handling fee. See below for details and how to submit a return/exchange.
*Items must be unworn. Final Sale items have no Refunds or Exchanges.
Package Protection Plans are non-refundable. *Antonia Saint NY in not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when packages are not insured.
Shipping
Antonia Saint NY currently offers four shipping methods for orders within the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO from our fulfillment center.
Economy FREE for orders $250+
For Orders Under $49 $6.99Standard under $250 $9.99
2nd Day $29.99
For Free US Standard Shipping, order value must be $250 or more, and shipping occurs 24 Hours to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours, depending on when the order was placed. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free by UPS Surepost and are delivered via standard USPS Military Mail to arrive in 30-45 days, depending on where you’re sending them.
For 2nd Day Service, orders must be placed prior to 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.

Shipping Timeline
Shipping occurs 24 Hours to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours, depending on when the order was placed. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free by UPS Surepost and are delivered via standard USPS Military Mail to arrive in 30-45 days, depending on where you’re sending them.
Backorders or Pre-Orders: Will ship just as soon as they are received at the warehouse from our factories in Spain.

Customers are given one (1) included exchange per order for all full-price or discounted shoes up to 39% off.

1) Returned unworn, only worn inside/on carpeting without any marks,
2) Within the original shoe boxes,
3) Label outer mailer with the return shipping label,
4) Postmarked within 14-30 days from delivery, per above.

2) Is the shoe or shoes too long or short?
3) What size do you normally wear?
4) Any injuries or bunions that would require a slightly wider or longer shoe on one side than the other?
Returns/Refunds
Before returning, consider a size exchange first.
If you do not want to exchange and need a refund, you may return eligible shoes* for a full refund, minus applicable shipping and handling costs of $14.99 per order.
Shoes eligible for a refund must be:
1) Returned unworn, only worn inside/on carpeting without any marks
2) Within the original boxes
3) Label the outer mailer with the return address first and last name for the order
4) With the order number and email address inside the mailer box,
5) Postmarked within 14 Days from delivery
6) Not purchased at a final sale discount.

Worn/Damaged Shoes: If your returned shoes come back to us visibly worn and damaged, your shoes will be quarantined in order to be refurbished or taken out of stock. If so, we will send an email to you of the photos of the damage, and and a damage fee of 30% of the cost of each pair or $100 (whichever is greater) will be subtracted from the refund in order to repair the shoes or dispose of them. Refund will be minus applicable Shipping & Handling fees.
About the return Shipping & Handling fee: This is only passed along if you complete a return and don't keep a pair of shoes. As a company, we take care of the additional costs of picking, packing, and repacking the shoes, in addition to exchange and return shipping as a courtesy to you and so that you can try our technology in person in the comfort of wherever you are. It is only if you do not keep the shoes that we pass along $14.99 to take care of these expenses.
We wish shipping was free, and other giant e-commerce companies make it seem like it is, but in fact there are very real shipping costs on the journey to getting you shoes that you will love! We also pay a fair and equitable wage to all who handle the shoes.
We are dedicated to creating solutions that are better for us and the planet we all share, so we hope you'll choose to understand these important fees. So sorry we can't do everything for free, but it's simply because it's actually not free at all.
Damages Upon Arrival
If shoes arrive to you and they have been damaged, you must let us know with photos within the first 1-2 days of receiving your order so that we can rule out any damages that could have occurred with wear or storage. Please contact us via email with photos, and we'll be back in touch.
Canceled Orders
To cancel an order, call or email us during business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Once an item has shipped, however, an order cannot be canceled. If shipped, it can either be kept or exchanged for no additional fee, or it must be returned to process a refund, minus applicable shipping.
